A once "notorious" estate on the Penarth headland overlooking Cardiff Bay.
An example of 1960's social housing gone wrong or big business driving people from their homes ?
The estate only has a few residents left in this Eastern European resembling sprawl of flats, masionettes and houses.
Could this estate be so run down, to get the residents to up and leave so this peice of expensive, prime land overlooking Penarth Marina and Cardiff Bay be sold for redevelopment ?
When I was out and about driving a BT van, this was an estate where we had to work in pairs because of the "perceived dangers".
How long it will stay in it's current state is anyones guess but my guess is it will be luxury flats before we know it.
