FEMA Community Relations Agents visited the library on Wednesday.

Two FEMA agents met with Ellen Meyers (left), Director of Programs and Communications to get the word out that FEMA is encouraging Newton residents touched by the March floods to apply for assistance for damage. They're visiting Newton city and school officials, businesses and community based organizations explaining how people can apply by phone: 1-800-621-3362 or online. Homeowners, renters and business owners in the counties of Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bristol, Plymouth and Worcester are eligible to apply.
