Apple Store Lincoln Park: Ready for Business

Apple Store Lincoln Park is scheduled to open on Saturday, October 23rd at 10am. It is the first Apple Store with three entrances, and is also the first store to offer personal setup at a hub in the center of the store. The store's 90-foot skylight is the largest in an Apple Store.
In a unique public-private partnership with the Chicago Transit Authority, Apple agreed to spend .9 million to upgrade the adjacent North/Clybourn Red Line subway station. The station house received major upgrades, with a new brick façade, station lettering that lights up at night, improved customer flow, and new terrazzo flooring inside the station.
Between the store and the station is a large public plaza with benches, tables, a water fountain, and free Wi-Fi.
