so many social networks...so many business cards....wouldn't it be cool to be able to have a single place to define all your social networks, create specific profiles for different situations and then be able to easily share your "e" identity? Paul Geurts is developing a solution at www.mynameise.com. I got a chance today to meet with Paul today and see how it all works. I even got to play with the "e connectors".

When "mynameise" is launched, there will be an iphone app that allows you to easily connect. For conventions or other large solution situations, you could also consider getting the elegant RFID connector. Merely bring your "e connector" within 2 centimeters and presto...you've exchanged cards.

Could "mynameise"make your life easier?

These are the contents of my briefcase, not including papers, articles, or other actual work-related items. You won't find any loose change in here, I hate change and avoid receiving/creating it when at all possible. Any change I get either ends up in tip jars or in the Smithsonian museum donation boxes. I used to carry a comb, and maintained the fiction that I needed one in case my hair got messed up, but now that what's left is 5mm long, I ditched the comb.
