Rail rorts: ICAC recommends charges

The ICAC has recommended the DPP consider charges over corruption at RailCorp. The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) has found another four RailCorp employees received large cash payments for awarding work to favoured contractors. The findings relate to kickbacks in exchange for RailCorp contracts dating back to 2001.
