I just fixed my RAZR V3xx. I broke the keypad ribbon cable taking it apart -- and my spare housing (bought cheaply off Ebay) has a bad keypad. (Looks like it has the "starbucks virus" ... aka, someone spilled coffee on the table and it went into the phone.) So I picked up a new keypad sensor assembly for off ebay and I'm back in business.
The phone actually works better than before as the "down" direction on the d-pad never felt very good. Now it has a nice click like all the other keys.

Ahh, yes, only the best for Rowan Students! The best convenience money can buy! And such a convenient 800 number! Did I mention that this is the only ATM on campus?
